About Kathy

Katherine Sandusky came to work for Jose Silva in 1990, shortly after graduating from high school. She learned the business - and how to use the Silva techniques in business - from the ground up.

She started by taking orders, working in the mail room, and running the shipping department.

After a few years, she moved to Austin, Texas, and went to work in the state government bureaucracy.

While working for the state, she became the first member of her family to earn a college degree, and she started her own Silva business, Avlis Productions Inc., which soon grew it into a full time business with representatives in many countries around the world.

She now owns and operates Avlis Productions Inc., providing support services for Silva Courses Instructors. She mentors instructors, graduates and customers around the world through Silva's Blended

Learning System, and helps them to use more of their imagination and visualization (two faculties of Genius) to correct all kinds of problems.

She also teaches the Silva UltraMind ESP System, ESP Training for Sales Professionals, and presents Holistic Faith Healing workshops.

She mostly enjoys working with children - to help them be more successful, more confident in life.

She is co-author of the 2 newest Silva books, Silva UltraMind's Intuitive Guidance System for Business, and Silva UltraMind's Persuasive Thoughts, both published by Gildan Media and available from bookstores and online booksellers worldwide.

In addition to managing the business, she is also a full time mother to her young daughter Lily. By the way, if you are wondering where the name Avlis came from, just spell it backwards.
