Anticipate problems and obstacles ahead of time so you can take action and prevent them from becoming deal-breakers.
Use your ESP to determine the price that your prospect is able and willing to pay... and the lowest price the seller is willing to accept.
When a real estate agent in Oklahoma worked a business case on her prospects, she found out that the husband couldn't afford the homes she was showing them but he didn't want to admit it, and then she "read" the wife's mind and determine which features were must-have for her.
