Start using all of your brain
Your conscious mind is only able to detect information that has been impressed on your left-brain hemisphere, so your knowledge and awareness and decision-making is limited to what you have detected with your physical senses: What you have seen, what you have heard, what you have smelled, tasted, felt.
There is far more information stored on your right brain hemisphere. It has a copy of all of the impressions made on the left hemisphere with your physical senses, plus the impressions made by subjective (psychic) information detected by your mind.
From the faster 20 cycles per second beta brainwave frequency you can only detect the objective impressions that have been made on the left hemisphere by your physical senses.
From the 10 cycles alpha brainwave frequency you can detect the impressions on the left hemisphere plus all of the impressions on your right brain hemisphere.
The more information you have, the better. You will have more options. You will be able to make better decisions.
